If your age on your Microsoft account is lower than 18, that is probably the reason why you are not able to log in. You can view your birthday by clicking here.2. Server Issues
Microsoft authentication servers and CraftersMC servers may have issues sometimes.- If an issue is present on Microsoft authentication services, it will most likely be announced on their X account.
