Added priority check to accessories. If you have multiple of the same family of accessories (for example: Feather Talisman and Feather Ring), instead of a random one working, the highest priority one will work.

Fixed stats search with % on /searchrecipe not working.- Fixed an issue where Permafrost Armor would not increase damage for some types of slowness effects.
Increased the hopper transfer cooldown to 20 from 8. Additionally, hoppers are now more optimized.
We've migrated Lux's (our server software) level event, particle, sound, and entity metadata packets to CloudburstMC Protocol's packets.- These changes should have no impact on gameplay, but you might experience wrong sounds or particles in some places. Please let us know if you do!
