Tickets such as Punishment Appeals, Player Reports and Bug Reports are not moved to the new website and will be available at https://legacy.craftersmc.net for a short period of time. New tickets cannot be created on the legacy website and you can only reply to the existing reviewing ones.The legacy website will be archived after some time, meaning there will be no access. If you have existing tickets, staff will try to result them as soon as possible. During this process, please be sure to check your tickets on the legacy website regularly to reply if there are any further information requests by staff.
